Inside, you will find two spacious and independent living areas combining comfort with traditional charm:

The modern and recently renovated area features a fully equipped open-plan living room and kitchen with capacity for up to 8 guests. It includes:

• 2 bedrooms with double beds
• 2 bedrooms with two single beds each

The second area offers a more rustic and traditional atmosphere, complete with a fireplace to create a warm and cosy environment during the colder months. It includes:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 bedroom with two single beds

The house enjoys an excellent location for exploring some of Andalusia’s most iconic destinations:
Only 25 minutes from Granada
30 minutes from the beach
50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort

Private parking is available inside the property.

During the winter months, firewood can be provided for the fireplace to create an even cosier atmosphere (not included in the rental price).

The swimming pool is available during the summer season. Please ask about opening and closing dates before confirming your reservation.

Important booking information

• For reservations of up to 8 guests, the 4-bedroom area will be available. The other part of the property will remain closed and will not be shared with anyone else.
• For reservations from 9 to 12 guests, the entire property will be opened.

Important: If the key is accidentally left inside the property during your stay and it is necessary for someone to come and provide access, a fee of up to €50 may be charged for the service. If, as a result of this situation, it is necessary to call a locksmith, the full cost of the intervention must be paid by the guest, in accordance with the invoice issued by the professional.
